Over the years Avalon Appaloosas has chosen to outcross some of our carefully selected mares to talented, beautiful, and outstanding-producing outside stallions. We look for stallions with excellent pedigrees, correct conformation, athletic ability, and excellent dispositions. Well-bred mares are equally important as the sire and many of our mares have top bloodlines/sires as well. The resulting foals sell readily and several of the most outstanding fillies have been retained to become broodmares in our program.
